There's a common saying in cycling... we're all just between accidents. I think Chris Armstrong was the one who told me that.

Boy was he right! 'Tis tis season for... crashes!!

Both Greg and Chris have hit the deck and will be enjoying a little more time off the bike this winter.

Chris went down on his bike yesterday and broke his clavical. Luckily there weren't any cars involved, just a garbage can that was a little overfull and hanging out into the bike lane.

Greg got him to the ER and he's doing fine but he won't be getting out for a spin until February or so. He picked the right time of year to take a "break" from cycling.

Greg fell on his mountain bike and cracked a few ribs but he doesn't have any exciting x-rays to share. All the same, he's gonna enjoy spending a little more time on the couch this winter too!

Heal up fast guys! The Pain Train is chuggin' right along this season!! Time for a PainKiller IPA.

Lots of snow hanging around... and it's almost July???

American River 50 Mile Endurance RunOur running distance diva Kellie Cann is really going the distance!  She completed her first 50 mile Ultramarathon last weekend and came away with a big smile on her face as always.

Not only did she endure the 50 miles but created this great video in the process.  Thanks Kellie and congratulations!
